We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, and/or your consent.

We share and disclose information with third parties that help us operate, sell, deliver, market, and improve our Services.

• Marketplace and Digital Product Platforms: Etsy and Gumroad.
• Payment Processing, Invoicing, and Billing: Etsy Payments, Gumroad payment processing, Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, and other payment methods offered through applicable platforms.
• Website Hosting and Infrastructure: Website hosting, cloud computing, domain, security, and content delivery providers used for any future website or related Services.
• Analytics and Performance Monitoring: Google Analytics, marketplace analytics, Gumroad analytics, Etsy seller analytics, and similar tools.
• Advertising, Marketing, and Retargeting: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta advertising products including the Meta Pixel, Etsy advertising tools, Gumroad marketing tools, email marketing providers, and related advertising or measurement partners.
• Customer Support and Communications: Email providers, marketplace messaging tools, contact form providers, customer support tools, and similar communications services.
• Professional Advisors and Legal Compliance: Lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurers, banks, and government or regulatory authorities where required or appropriate.

We do not currently operate a mobile application or directly provide social login functionality.

Our Services are currently offered through third-party platforms, including Etsy and Gumroad, and may later include a website. We do not currently operate a mobile application owned by RW Curated LLC, and we do not currently offer account registration or login through social media accounts directly through an RW Curated LLC website. If you access our products through Etsy, Gumroad, or another third-party platform, those platforms may offer their own account, login, app, notification, or social features, and their collection and use of information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, such as tax, accounting, legal, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other business requirements. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it or, if deletion is not possible, securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
